Needs assessment helps you get from where you are to where you want to be and ensures that you take the best route to get there. Other terms used to describe needs assessment include gap analysis, front-end analysis, and requirements identification. We provide needs assessment design, management, and guidance on all steps. We work with key stakeholders throughout and use our expertise with surveys, structured interviews, and focus groups to pinpoint their needs.

Our goals can only be reached through a vehicle of a plan, in which we must fervently believe, and upon which we must vigorously act. There is no other route to success.
— Pablo Picasso

Work or job analysis projects have many different uses. These projects document the requirements of a particular job or position. Organizations use these to develop selection systems and training programs. Work analysis can aid jobs design and provide legal documentation. We provide task and KSA (knowledge, skills and abilities) focused projects. We can apply our work analysis approach to any job and customize  to identify specific requirements.

Our projects often involve data analysis either as part of the project or when clients’ have data they don’t know how to analyze. We choose the best analysis to answer our clients’ questions and update our skills as new techniques become available. We specialize in both quantitative and qualitative analysis. Some of our areas of expertise include descriptive and inferential statistics, factor analysis, structural equation modeling (SEM), hierarchical linear modeling (HLM), item response theory (IRT), content analysis, and text analysis.
